Please verify that the data in our confirmation mail concerning address, model and size are correct.
- Should you have made an error with your order, please notify us within 24 hours after submission of your purchase order. After expiration of this period your order will enter the shipping process and the contract will be demmend to be accepted by both parties.
- By submitting your purchase order you have entered into a legally binding contract.
- Delivery of goods only against payment in advance!
- Please submit payment of the purchase price within 5 days of your purchase.
- Note regarding exchange:
- If - for whatever reason - you do not like the item, we will behappy to exchange against another size or another item to the same value from our shop.
- Please note the following for your return shipment:
- 1. Use protected and secure packaging
- 2. All items to be originally packed including labels and accessories
- 3. Enclose original invoice
- 4. Information to exchange, which size and item you require
- 5. Return to be made within 7 days of receipt of item
- 6. Please choose a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number and receipt.

BRAZIL - Excluded from exchange are the following:
- Personalised goods - for example with flocking of name and/or number.
- Returns where the postage date shows later than 7 days after receipt.
- If the goods have been washed, torn or are dirty.
- Shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the purchaser.
- In the unlikely case that one of our items is faulty, you wil receive prompt exchange at no charge.
- Please ascertain yourself regarding the import / customs duties of your domicile. These are not known to us - we can therefore accept no liability.
- International Shipping Costs DO NOT include duty or taxes.
